A21G is a company with controlling holdings in real estate companies, in facility management, in renewable energy production, and in tourism businnes of various forms.

The company was born in 2013 with the spontaneous conjunction of the founders' interests that started the project, united particularly by the main geographical area of operation: the Latin American hemisphere.

A21G is a shareholder who cares for the administrative and operational management of its assets by combining entrepreneurial insights with solid financial and managerial discipline and places its competencies at the service of the development of the ventures in order to improve their competitive positioning.

Today, the company is at the heart of an efficient network of companies and professionals who, working dynamically between Italy, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Romania, Cuba, Panama and Brazil, develops flexible business ventures by offering highly profitable business opportunities and investments.

A21G Holding customers are businesses, professionals and private investors who, aware of the potential of Italian creativity in globalized business, want to enter, operate and/or invest in Latin America markets.

Our mission and target

The Mission that A21G Shareholders have shared in the start-up phase of the company is to create a team that operates predominantly in three different but complementary aspects:

1) The scouting of target companies, as well as professionals and individuals, on the Italian and European markets, to offer the opportunity to participate in projects with short and medium-term investments with broad growth and expansion margins.

2) The management by means of own resources of all the figures that take part in the various projects.

3) The interpolation of the projects by delivering an internal service of all non-core business practices.

The holding, constantly seeking new institutional and private investors at international level, is already a significant player in the reference sectors in the Italy - Latin America businnes bridge and its current primary target, with a particular focus on facility management and Energy improvement in emerging countries in the American hemisphere, is to position itself, after multinationals, in the top twenty companies operating in Europe.

A21G Holding elaborates ad hoc and offers its clients, prevalence investors, international business projects suitably equipped with the necessary resources to ensure its best performance: industrial skills, professional know-how, management and administrative system, institutional relationships, and, above all and always, the short and medium duration operating goal to achieve the maximum value increase and/or possible income.

Each project is developed according to a proven operational approach that includes the following steps: identifying a primary need in the chosen location of intervention, verifying that the need is stable over time, creating the necessary institutional contact network, starting administrative structures and Management, institution and testing of the mixed operating team, contextual procurement of the necessary funds, project implementation, short or medium duration management of the businnes.

The working system adopted has been thought out, tested and improved over time through various successful operations that have made it possible to understand and proportion the optimum entity of the project/investment ratio for maximum yield.

A21G Holding diversifies both its areas of intervention and target locations by operating primarily in renewable energy, import-export, facility management, real estate and tourism businnes between Europe, Cuba and Brazil.

Instead, input content is managed through a slim business network developed in the western hemisphere of origin between Italy, England, Croatia, Bosnia Herzegovina and Romania.
